You have a beautiful and amazing quality to your voice. It's rough a wild at times, soft and light at others. But how does it stand up to a demanding show schedule? Do you ever lose your voice?
A
My style of music allows for a range of color and textures to my voice so I can usually work with what I have on any given night. I lost part of my voice when I had a sinus infection...I was on tour with Marc Cohn. It was hard to control the pitch of the notes, which usually comes naturally...and I sounded a bit like a teenage boy who's voice is developing for that one night! Fortunately it was only one night!
Were you ever in a play called Veronica's Room? In high school? Do you remember the director?
